No, that's not how it works. The request for a record doesn't even specify the sex of the member, so MLS couldn't possibly know if the person requested is male or female and so couldn't put them on RS rolls, even if MLS did somehow provisionally add the person.RussellHltn wrote:But doesn't the requested record show up in various lists (like RS rolls) before it comes in? Of course if the request was for a family and only the male head-of-household was entered, then you have to wait for the records to arrive.
Records arrive so fast these days, it wouldn't be particularly helpful to have members in MLS with partial information that might put them in the wrong classes, quorums, organizations, etc. In a few hours the record will arrive anyway.
