Inconsistency with e-mail address being visible/invisible

Actually, it only shows when they have registered and allowed their email to be public.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I don't think it's entirely wasted. I recently got a new home teaching companion and his email was on the printout I got from MLS. My thought was, "Finally! Now I don't have to try and set up all my appointments by using the phone."
