If you search for someone by their "Preferred First Name", you will not find them. For example, my name is Richard, but I go by Rick, and that is my "Preferred First Name" on my LUWS user profile.
Searching for Rick, I'll find people named Erick or Garrick, or with the last name of Hendrickson, etc., but not me. One would have to know my "official" given name to find me. Small thing, but might help those searching for members with last names that are impossible to spell.
