Hi there! Not sure if this is addressed or not. But on my android gospel library app and LDS website there is a article from October 2017 that has been released.

Is this a glitch or intended? We just saw it during Sunday school and have been wondering what it is.

It is intended and was put in place to support the Sunday School lesson that discussed Doctrine and Covenants Section 76. It will appear in the October Ensign, but the article was already prepared so the Church made it available earlier.
