LDS Tools - Highlights not working

LDS Tools - Highlights not working

I am a long time user of Tools/Highlights and Bookmarks, great resource for study across devices...

Been having problems with Highlighting feature, reading through BofM and when I add a new highlight and place in a Notebook (label for that scripture highlighted) it sometimes doesnt save the highlight, and other times (more frequent) places it in either a wrong/different label or the Unassigned label.

Been going on for at least 1 month, tried clearing browser cache and PC restart, any ideas what's wrong?

On a Windows7 machine using both IE and Chrome (same behavior).
