Any tips on how to make "note lists" or numbers or enumeration within a passage?

Probably not the best Subject, but let me explain.
I want to enumerate words within a scripture passage.
For example, in 2 Nephi 2:22-23, I want to enumerate the conditions that would exist had Adam not partaken of the fruit.
I want to stick a "1" by "remained in the Garden of Eden"
I want to stick a "2" by "remained in the same state"
I want to stick a "3" by "no children"
I want to stick a "4" by "remained in a state of innocence"
I want to stick a "5" by "no joy"
I want to stick a "6" by "no misery"
I want to stick a "7" by "no good"
I want to stick a "8" by "no sin"

And then keep that enumerated list grouped as members of one list.

Any tips on how to do that?

If you're looking for a way to do that using the LDS.org study tools or Gospel Library, the simplest thing to do would probably be to copy the verse and paste the entire thing in a note, add numbers, and add line breaks before each number so you can see it easily next time you look at it.

The method described by sbradshaw is currently the only way to do this right now. Great tip.
