We are still working to get the caches cleared on our servers. Something won't let go. It seems that some areas are cleared and others or not.

The study bar shows up for my scriptures and general conference, however it doesn't show up for institute manual or the talks in the Liahona. Do I need to do something to get it to show up for those? it used to show up for those.

This won't be any help, but I get the study bar in the first old testament manual. Which institute manual were you trying? I also get it in the current issue of the Liahona magazine. My understanding is that the problem manifests itself from page to page (one chapter will have it, the next won't, then the one after that will), so we may need actual pages. (Or it may be that it's all fixed, but some folks need to do the whole bit about emptying cache and deleting cookies - I don't know.)
Sorry I can't help beyond the fact that some pages in those manuals/magazines are working for me.

Let me know if you have specific URLs that aren't working I can check on. The caches were cleared a couple days ago so it might be a local cache and the URL will help us troubleshoot.
Sorry for the problem. We'll do our best to solve it.
