cross references not appearing in scriptures

I no longer see the cross references in the scriptures. I can see them on my mobile devices but they do not appear on my pc. I am using an apple air and have the problem on safari and chrome. Also have the problem when I use a PC.

I believe cross-references only work on LDS Tools. Hopefully they'll add this to the web browser version. You said it "no longer appears". Does this mean at one time you saw cross-references when using a web browser?

I definitely used to see and use cross references, but now they are no longer available.

If there is a link on the right side of the scriptures at LDS.org that says Show Footnotes, click on it and turn them back on. I have to do this occasionally. I do not know why it resets, but they come back and stay for a while when I do this.
