Note or Journal Entry for an entire article

I know that you can add a note to a selection of text you select in an Article, Talk, Scripture, etc. but, what if I want to add an entry that just relates to the whole article?
For example, say I read an Ensign talk and wanted to make a journal entry about the talk in it's entirety rather than just a small portion. How would I do that? I can't find a way to link my journal entry to that specific article.
