This link allows me to highlight - https://www.lds.org/ensign/2007/11/trut ... s?lang=eng but this link does not https://www.lds.org/general-conference/ ... s?lang=eng These are both links to Elder Scott's October 2007 General Conference address. Why would one link let me highlight and the other give me the error "My Study Tools are currently unavailable" - it gives this error in Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome, and Firefox. It does it at my home computer and work computer.

I tried another talk in the 2007 October Conference at this link - https://www.lds.org/general-conference/ ... d?lang=eng and had the same problem, no highlighting capabilities. But when I tried it at this link to the same talk - https://www.lds.org/ensign/2007/11/nour ... d?lang=eng - it allows me to highlight.

Any suggestions?

As near as I can determine, your observation is correct: this problem affects only the talks filed under General Conference, and not the same talks filed under the conference issue of the Ensign. What's more, it seems to affect only the October 2007 conference; I tried multiple other conferences filed under General Conference, and they all worked fine.

My only suggestion is to use the Feedback link to report the problem.
