All my study journal organization gone

I had organized everything on my study journal on lds.org.
I never categorize anything when using android devices, and just highlight stuff. Later I get on my computer and categorize things.
I only had about 150 things sorted into categories and so forth, and was working on gradually sorting the rest. But when I logged in today I had 200+ unassigned items. All my sorting has been lost. Can I do anything to get it back?
