notebook - I cant add anything new

A couple of questions.
1. I recently started tagging quotes that I put in manually to notebook and after a few days, the system broke on me. It does not any functionality/options. I have tried this from multiple computers so its not a cache issue on my computer. I have uploaded a screen shot.
2. is this a limit to how much we can store in notebook. I have 100's of quotes I want to load in and categorize/tag however, I dont want to put them all in to one day find out I have reached my storage limit.
