printing scripture notes in a chapter

When I use the scriptures online, I would like to be able to print a chapter of scripture with my personal notes included. I can see my personal notes, but cannot print them. Even though the "print with notes" option exists under the "print" link, it has never worked. I wish this feature were available.

I was surprised to see that the "print with notes" option doesn't work. If you print without notes, it uses a URL that looks like:

https://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/pri ... 8?lang=eng

And it opens up a browser window formatted for printing that chapter just fine.

But if you ask it to print with notes, the parameter "annotations=true" is appended:

https://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/pri ... tions=true

Surprisingly, this generates a Page Not Found error.
