My Study Notebook - Some highlights are off

I highlight some words in a scripture, but when I go to "My Study Notebook", the highlights are off by one word. Either a word is missing, or a word is added.
Attached screenshots: "Editing the Highlight" doesn't change it either.
This doesn't happen on every highlight, just some of them.
OS: Windows 7 64bit
