Facebook Missions Application has Migrated to become the Facebook "LDS Life" Application.

Over 11,000 current members have signed up.

New features include:

Join more than 1 mission.
Join past and present wards, including wards you served in during your mission.
See other members in your Stake who have joined.

If anyone has some features they would like to see implemented, feel free to post here, or add to our facebook page.

Another friendly disclaimer: :)

This is not an application officially endorsed by the Church in anyway; however, feel free to use and participate at your own discretion.

So I just joined LDS Life and every time I try to add any type of information it gives me this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'FacebookRestClientException' with message 'This method can only be used to publish Mini-Feed stories to Facebook Pages. Its use for posting feed stories to user pages has been deprecated.' in /home/.alexander/rttaylor/tayloredinvesting.com/facebook/facebook-platform/client/facebookapi_php5_restlib.php:1506 Stack trace: #0 /home/.alexander/rttaylor/tayloredinvesting.com/facebook/facebook-platform/client/facebookapi_php5_restlib.php(291): FacebookRestClient->call_method('facebook.feed.p...', Array) #1 /home/.alexander/rttaylor/tayloredinvesting.com/facebook/wardframe.php(75): FacebookRestClient->feed_publishTemplatizedAction('{actor} <fb:if-...', '{"stake":"<a hr...', '{actor} is curr...', '{"ward":"<a hre...', '') #2 {main} thrown in /home/.alexander/rttaylor/tayloredinvesting.com/facebook/facebook-platform/client/facebookapi_php5_restlib.php on line 1506

Just thought someone might want to know.

Cheers to a great idea,

The LDS Life Facebook application is not developed nor sponsored by the Church in any way. Because of that, this site probably won't be helpful in getting this specific problem solved.

A better place to submit this information would probably be sending a message to the developer of the application (his name is Rob Taylor); you can submit a message to him through Facebook features by clicking his name on this LDS Life application page: http://www.facebook.com/apps/applicatio ... 6175328618

Good luck with solving your errors!
