Does anyone out there know how to print labels for ward members? I used to be able to print them via MLS, but now it is gone. I need to print labels to send donation tax statements to members that don't attend regularly.

Log in to LCR
Reports | Member List | Print
Select the "Mailing Label" option in the popup when you select Print and you will see formatting options.

I believe the reports print out formatted for standard window-envelopes if you have those but I have not verified that.

Trying to print labels...……… but there is no pop up option for labels now. Anyone have any other ideas?

Just so we understand, when you go to the member list and click the print button, you don't see the blue "mailing labels" link at the bottom of the print box?

You'll need to work with your ward clerk and have them print the labels.

If you look at the access table only the members of the bishopric, executive secretary and clerks have access to print mailing labels.

Ryan I am in the bishopric and this option is no longer available for me
It only has the All household and Selected Household in the print options dropdown

I can duplicate that and it doesn't match what the access list says. It still works for clerks and bishops.
I would recommend submitting feedback in LCR for that.
