How do I set up multiple family members for Donations?
I haven't been able to find info on setting up multiple family members for online donations under one email/password. In my case, my elderly mother doesn't use a pc but has a separate bank account. I have to do her donations through my email and my pc.

You set up online donations for each individual using their LDS Account. Under her LDS Account you would set up her donations with her bank account.
I am not sure if two different people can use the same email address under Donations. You can try to enter your email, but it if it not accepted, you would need to set up a separate email account for her (that she would let you access) to use with the online donations system.
You can do it all from your pc. You just have to use the correct LDS Account credentials based on who is making the donation.
To use someone else's LDS Account has other implications and cannot be recommended. But if she has asked you to make her contributions for her, you will need access to her LDS Account to do it.
