paying tithing and offerings with stocks
My financial advisor tells me that there is a way to pay tithing and offerings with personally owned stocks. I can't seem to be able to find any information on how to proceed to do that. Can you help, please?

The information needed to get started can be found at the Securities page of LDS Philanthropies. Transactions like this can sometimes take a couple of weeks to fully process, so if you plan on having it applied toward your 2017 donations, don't wait too long to start the ball rolling.
