I used the online tithing system May 31, and the payment has not come out of my bank account yet, and it is now June 15.
When I log in to LDS.org it says that my transaction has been approved, but I cannot find any other space to get help. I live in Canada, and the online tithing has just become available to us.
Any thoughts? I don't want to pay in my ward, and then have it removed twice. Who should I look to for help?

Speak with your ward clerk or one of his assistants. He should be able to let you know if they see the contribution and then help you contact the area office to see if the transfer request was properly sent to the bank.
