My company matches donations made to approved charities. They match donations to The Perpetual Education Fund. What is the name, address and contact person that I would use to request them to match donations to the Humanitarian Fund?

The Humanitarian Fund is handled by LDS Philanthropies. It may be the same people you already work with. Either way, ask your contact at the Perpetual fund for contact information or Google LDS Philanthropies for a number to call. I am sure they will be glad to help. And it is good of your company to make the match.
