How do I get a tax statement from a former ward? I moved in September and the only donations that show on my account are from my new ward. Do I need to contact my former ward? I tried to call the global service center but that phone number seems to be non-functional.

If they're not showing, then I think you will need to contact the prior ward. Your donations were probably not linked to your membership records. That could limit what CHQ could do for you.
