online tithing donatinos

My 17 year old son is trying to use the online donation site, and he continues to get an error message. I have logged in myself before to make donations and do not get this same message. Any ideas on why he wouldn't be able to use the site?

I get the same error message every time. I was able to log in a make donations previously but I haven't been able to do so since the beginning of the year. I have clear my cache, use a different browser (IE, Chrome), use my laptop, my smart phone. Nothing seems to work.
The error message reads:
Donations
Uh oh! We're Sorry...
It looks like something went wrong which prevented the page you requested from displaying. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused!

Is there any other way to get technical help for these kind of issues? Any other help that can be provided?

Yes. If this problem continues, you might ask your ward clerk to contact the Global Service Center on your behalf and ask them to help you with the issue.
