Check or routing number is wrong APPARENTLY...but I can't get it changed.

AGAIN---what is wrong with this site that you can't get important information corrected to be able to pay my donations online? I can't find anyone to do that. Who do I contact?

Rather than trying to correct it, use the "New Account" button to add the correct number.

You can do it.
At Donations click on the Settings link at the left.
Scroll down to Bank Accounts.
Click the Trash Can at the top right of the bank account with the error.
Click New Account to add the bank account with the correct information.
