I assume by "titles" you mean "statements" and in particular, I'm guessing you want the Official Tax Statement for 2015.
You can get that from your ward clerk, or you can go to the Online Donations section of LDS.org and choose Donor Statements.

I believe the on-line statements are for the US only.

You get your Donor Statement from your ward clerk. If you're in the United States, you also have the option of getting them online (see above), assuming the clerk in the ward(s) you've lived in have properly associated your donor record with your membership record.
