I have used the online donations page 3 times now. Out of the 3 times, I've had trouble with two of them.
I don't know who to contact for help. After filling everything out properly and then clicking the submit button,
an error message pops up that says "OOps, an error occurred during this application". Nothing more is said about
how to move forward or fix or get help or anything. I love this site. I just don't know why I'm having this issue.
Help.....anyone?????

As far as I've been able to determine, the route for support is to talk with the ward clerk. If necessary, he can call for support.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
