A youth in our ward tried to use the online donations, but when he goes to the page it says that it is not enabled for his unit. His records are in our unit, his parents are able to use the online form with no problems. He is the first youth I know of that has tried using this method. Are online donations not enabled for youth? or is this a problem specific to his account?

It seems that this message comes up if the user doesn't have an email listed for the lds account. This is a different setting than the email address shown in the directory. Have the youth go to https://ldsaccount.lds.org, login and click on the Contact Settings tab. Make sure there is an email address in the first email box (the one labeled simply 'Email Address').
