The new online donation system is missing the last four months of my donations. Jan - May show up fine (across two wards). Jun - Oct show nothing. How do I get this corrected.

Thanks
Sean

Talk to the ward clerk of the ward where you made the donations. It's possible that they accidentally got recorded for a different donor (especially if there is someone with a similar name in your ward) or your donor record in the local MLS system may not be correctly connected to your membership number (so that the online tool doesn't know they belong to you). In either case the clerk can make the necessary corrections so they are correctly credited to you.

Your ward clerk can check the information to verify everything; if needed, he can contact the GSC for help.

Trying to establish my bank account. When I enter the routing number (numerous times tried) I get an invalid message. What's happening??

I can only guess there's a problem with the routing number. The routing number identifies the bank. It is not your account number. Perhaps you're reading the wrong number from your check. Otherwise, your institution may not be participating in the ACH system.

Another idea is your bank uses multiple routing numbers based on the type of transaction. May bank uses one routing number for paper checks and debit card transactions, another for electronic transfers, and yet another for international transactions. If this is the case you may need to contact your bank and ask them what routing number is used for electronic transfers.
