Wont accept my Email

when trying to do the online donation. It says I need a primary Email and to follow link. I follow the steps and I have my primary Email there but it wont accept it. What do I do ?

And when you say "wont accept it", is it not accepting the email you enter, or online donation still not accepting you?
If the latter, I'm guessing you may need to logout and log back in, or give the systems time to catch up with each other.
