Why do you make it so hard to pay tithing? I cannot get to the site to get a tithing slip. Please help.

I've attempted to also reach the donations page all day and all I see is a bar across my phone screen saying "Loading" but not actually loading page.

How can I retrieve the mistaken donation in my tithing via online here in the Philippines? I accidentally confirmed a wrong amount.

Does anyone know who at Church HQ to contact to reinstate online donations? Recently got stationed overseas and they disabled that in my LDS.org account.
