Coder for Testimony Sharing App

Hey guys,
I have an idea for an app that's pretty simple. Basically, it's a data base/forum where people can post and share experiences they have had with certain gospel principles (paying tithing, missionary work, baptism, etc.) for others to read. The point is to give testimony building experiences that other members of the Church can share in lessons or use to strengthen their own faith. It's kind of like the LDS Voices section in the Ensign, just not as formal, I guess.
I feel like it's a pretty simple concept, so if somebody wants to help me out or team up, that would be great! I've got ideas, but not technical skills really.
