satellite signal

Presently I cannot get picture or sound on the satellite. A message display on the screen says "no carrier lock" what does mean and how do I solve this problem. I have change the feeder horn and the LNB and still getting the same problem. I am the stake technology specialist in the Port of Spain Trinidad stake. Someone help me please

No carrier lock usually means the receiver is getting a very weak signal or no signal from the satellite, or that the receiver is not working.
I would start by calling the troubleshooting number which should be listed next to the satellite receiver. Then I would contact the area facilities management group.
