This is the standard 4-input selector switch found inside most satellite cabinets. The satellite, DVD/VCR and camera outputs feed to the switch and the selected output feeds the English RF modulator and video distribution amplifiers. The D/A amplifiers then feed composite video to the pulpit, cultural hall and overflow jacks, etc.

We used to have a mechanical switch like that when the system was first installed. That was removed in the "technology refresh" quite a few years ago. The chapel has it's own modulator, and I don't think there was any provision made for playback from the rack, just recording.
