HDMI and audio

Learned something this week -- when you use HDMI Windows (7) disables the headphone jack audio. I can see disabling the onboard speakers but this seems pretty unnecessary, especially when you have something plugged into that jack.

You might check and see if there is an option to change that. See if there's an option in Control Panel under sounds when the HDMI is plugged in.

Yeah, in playback devices connected HDMI devices will appear and you can right-click and Disable. So I guess we have to remember to do it every time.
