Does anyone know if there is an Excel version floating around of that missionary tracking sheet that the elders and the WML use to track the teaching of investigators, part-members, less-actives, etc.?

As a ward mission leader, I created a document that I used to track the progress of each person or family. My form was basically the same as the progress form found in the Preach My Gospel book. So it required me to have a different document (or page in the master document) for each family or investigator.
