The stake president needs to work with the FM group and escalate any issues as necessary. While I'm sure this varies by ward, having a single key for the Bishops and Clerk's offices is not church-wide.jltware wrote:Seems inconsistent to grant software access but not a key to access the computer the software is run on, but this is the policy, at least in our area, and requests by the stake presidency to change this have fallen on deaf ears.
