LDS entities web design

I am curious if there is a group out there that is willing to help improve the web design of Church entities. I know BYU, BYU-Idaho, and BYU-Hawaii have web groups. I don't know about some of the Church business arms. I have noticed that LDS Business College's site could use quite a bit of work. I think it would be a nice thing if there were a group in this tech community that could work on some web design for these entities without web teams. Just a thought...
