i have the opportunity to be in several countries & stakes & branches in latinoamerica, there is a big amount of brothers & sisters who cant reach an training or pay a computing school, (in many cases they even cant read), so why we cant offer classes in the church buildings, reading, use of the pc, use of the internet, use of the e-mail, and in advanced cases adult courses in order to get a primary to high school diploma.

now we have the technology, we can use the equipment who is becoming obsolet from many church & schools facilites.

i know this can be posible and more because with technology is possible

I think this is a great idea, but to be successful it should be done at the local level.
A few years ago a ward in our stake held English classes in the morning for those who needed it.
From what I understood it was successful.

Doing something like this at the local level has some advantages;
1) You are familiar with the needs of the people.
2) You speak the language.
3) It's easier to followup after such a course.

Have you brought this need to the attention of your local priesthood leaders? If not, I'd suggest it.
Thanks for the idea.
