Executive Secretary App for appointments

I'd like to see an app created that helps executive secretaries setup appointments for the Bishop (and I suppose Stake President as well). We currently use a private google calendar where I have permissions to modify. This setup seems to work fine, but I would like to see some tighter integration with LDS tools, such as the ability to click on a member's name and schedule an appointment or send an email reminder. We tried using the lds.org online calendar, but it was too slow and cumbersome to work with. The entire bishopric also has smart phones so google calendar seemed to be the best option.
Also, I'd like to have LDS tools, or some other app have access to the clerk and leader resources. Specifically the ability to access the Bishopric Action and interview list and the list of members who's temple recommends are about to expire. I use this data on a regular basis to set up appointments for the bishop and it would be really nice if it was all in one location where I could click on a name to call/email, and schedule the appointment.
I know the data is of a sensitive nature, so it would obviously need to be restricted, either by requiring a unlock code/pattern on the device or to start the app. I'm a software developer as my profession, so I could offer up assistance if wanted (although I have minimal experience creating android apps and none for iOS)
