Missionary Application Update

The online missionary application has a checkbox at the end of the medical and dental forms that asks if the exams have been performed within the last six months. If you don't check it, it won't allow you to complete the form.
In speaking with the missionary dept. today, they indicated that they will allow exams for up to 12 months prior to the application. The checkboxes needs to be updated to reflect this.
