Hi everyone,

I was just made the stake PFR and I was given these paper reports for the wards and branches to complete monthly (attached) and to be turned into me. Has anyone developed a web app version of this report before I start consider doing one? I looked at surveymonkey.com but I would need to pay a subscription so I going to start designing one maybe in c# or maybe java. Any advice out there?

Nevermind, It's in the new FIR system coming out soon.

Is your stake part of the Facility Issue Reporting (FIR) program? If so, then you should be able to do this all online. If not, I would ask your FM Group when they plan on using this program.
