I was talking to a new Temple coordinator and they use a complicated spreadsheet to coordinate each day’s temple activities. It sounds like each day has its own Priesthood coordinator. I think an iPad app would work great. Here is my thought:
The coordinator would build a database of the workers and the day’s tasks (Officiate, Initiatory, Dressing Room, Recommend Desk, Sealing, Veil and etc.) and the workers have priorities (1- number of task they are trained for). The daily schedule would auto fill based on who is available.

I have seen a schedule like that but have not heard of a program to help create it. I thought, surely, someone has come up with one. Please let me know if one exists.
