the "navigation" to get there

To get to the new site, click on "Serving in the Church" on the homepage. Then "Stake Technology Specialist" will be an option under "Melchizedek Priesthood".

This is the only sub-section of "Melchizedek Priesthood" on the new site, the others are all still on the old site.

OK, I got it. From LDS.ORG, I have to CLICK ON "Serving in the Church". My mistake was in trying to use the flyout menu that happens when you hover over "Serving". The rest is easy. I hope they update the flyout soon.

I am surpised that the flyout isn't dynamically updated with the server updating the list every night with a global.

If this isn't then maybe this could be a good idea for the team.

There's more to it then that. Depending on the route you take, you go to different pages. If you click directly on "Serving in the church" the page style is different then if you click on a link in the flyout - even when going to the same destination. It may be done to keep both old and new styles available.

Just to add, the STS Portal now has a friendly URL: http://www.staketech.lds.org

staketech.lds.org works too.
