I have two machines in our FHC that won't log off Ancestry.com. Even when you have shut down and booted up again when you open MS Explorer you're still logged in as before.
I know this can create problems for the person whose log in is displayed.
One machine is slated to be re-imaged later today. Should I plan on doing this to both of them or simply reinstall MSIE on the second machine.
The machine I plan to re-image has other issues and this was recommended by FHC Support.
Any comments appreciated.
Regards,
Can't log off websites

There's a whole thread on a similar subject: Ancestry Logout Problem. It's a fairly long thread, but you might find some helpful information there about how the firewall filtering could be a part of the problem.lrawlins wrote:I have two machines in our FHC that won't log off Ancestry.com. Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
