Freeze/Thaw program...

#1

Post by cstenbergh »

I don't know if this is the place to ask this question but here goes:

I am the technology specialist for the Tooele Valley family history center. Our Family History Center Director wants to know if I can get a copy of the Freeze/Thaw program that the Church uses. I have no knowledge of this program.

Can someone tell me where I can get it or if it is even used anymore?

TIA,

Christian Hansen

Assuming that you have the standard LANDesk software installed on your FHC computers, Deep Freeze can be installed from the Software Deployment Portal. Also, note that you should install the DPCustomCfg application available at http://remote.familysearch.org/support.html.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
