Ancestry.com Log Off Problems

#1

Post by dellisea-p40 »

Some computers in the Family Center are unable to log a patron off "Ancestry.com" when the patron signs on with a private account. Some of the computers don't have this problem. I am told that other centers have had the same problem. Does anyone have any information on this problem?

There's a whole thread on this subject: Ancestry Logout Problem. I think you'll find some helpful information there.
