Family History Center computer stuck at 'Configuring Windows 10'

Half of the new Dell OptiPlex 7460 AIO Series computers initialized without any trouble. The rest are stuck at a window displaying "Configuring Windows 10" that just continues displaying the "working" circle. I can end the task through Task Manager, but on restart, the computer returns to the issue above, which I assume means that Windows has not finished updating/configuring. I have not been able to contact a live person at the 866-406-1830 support number. Could use some wisdom.

I had that happen for the PC's I was installing as well. 7 of 8 worked. 1 did not. I used one of the working PC's to download the Windows 10 image from the Portal. Then I also needed to download the Dell Network drivers (they were not on the Portal Windows 10 Image.)

I started the install process with the downloaded image; it of course hung (since the network drivers didn't work). You can hit CTRL / ESC to get to a menu; and from that, I was able to load the drivers manually. Once I loaded the network drivers, the rest of the install seemed to work. (Your mileage may vary...)

Thank you for your reply. I turned to my stake Tech specialist and this is the same solution we used. I then had another issue with most of the computers, even those that seem to install correctly. Tivoli, which is a part of Big Fix, took about a week to give me an accepted message. But all of our computers are now functioning normally.
