Managing FHC PC App/Windows Updates with DeepFreeze

What is the process folks are using to keep their FHC PC's up-to-date on Windows and other needed application updates with DeepFreeze installed on the PC?
Our center uses a very cumbersome process of logging in as admin on each PC (12+ PC's), turning off DeepFreeze, rebooting, logging in as admin making all updates, rebooting, logging in as admin turning DeepFreeze back on and then rebooting again on the patron account.
Are there automated ways to do this in a faster fashion?
