Does anybody know if there is a source to download an .iso to reimage a FHC machine?

At one time you could get DVDs from the Family History Department, but I'm not sure of the current status on that. It may be worth a call.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

There is an image DVD you can get for both Win7 and WinXP - to obtain it you must use the Hardware/Software order form here https://familysearch.org/help/viewdocum ... ware+order
The document must be signed by the Stake President.

They don't like to send the disks, particularly the Win7 ones for concerns about piracy, so be sure to include that in your summary - that the computers have a valid license, etc...

The images are not really necessary anymore. If you have a version of the OS you can install from scratch it will work just as well. Basically you just install the TEM agent and it'll deliver all the software you need across the Internet. You install Tivoli from this site https://familysearch.org/remote/centers.html (or download it)
