The problem is Windows 7/64 bit and AHA 2930. There are no supported 64-bit drivers fro the AHA 2930. Some people have been able to get it to work by digging a driver out of Vista/64 as described here.

But you may be better off getting another SCSI card that has 64-bit drivers. Or, re-install the computer with Windows 7/32 bit. Except for the ability to have more than 4 GB of RAM, there's really no big advantage to running Windows 7/64 over 7/32.
