Problems signing in after download application

I download the application and when I go to sign in a box comes up stating: In order to complete installation you must restate the application. Then there is a yes and no button. I press yes and nothing happens. What can I do to fix the problem?

It sounds like the app is trying to restart itself to finish installation but isn't able to for some reason.
Have you tried quitting the app manually (instead of it quitting automatically, which seems to be failing), then reopening it?
